You and I are living much longer lives than was traditional just a few years ago. At times we pay for that continued life with the need for more medical care. This medical care will often include services delivered from a healthcare provider in your home. Such care is known as home health. Home Health agencies provide in-home services built around your needs. Compassionate, caregivers then create a plan to meet those needs. What are these services and how are they paid for?
How can you get the Best Care for your Dollar?
If you have tried to find out, you have probably met with frustration. There can be a big difference in home health providers. You have the right to challenge and change those providers during the course of your treatment. The average person can understand home health and get what they deserve and are paying for.
This symposium will present the basics of home health care to help you be an informed consumer. Speakers will give explanations and details about choosing the people you will want in your home who have at hand your loved one’s best interests. Printed resources will be available for future use. There will also be plenty of time for questions and sharing.
This meeting is free. Bring family members and neighbors, if you wish.
