Thomas Packer – TPacker@srv.net
Thomas W. Packer was born in Blackfoot, Idaho and has been a practicing lawyer since 1982. He received his Law Degree from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Public Administration from Idaho State University. He is a past hospital and nursing home administrator at Lost Rivers Hospital. As an administrator and as an attorney, he developed the desire to help Seniors enhance their quality of life. To that end, he works with Seniors in his law practice and offers them Estate Planning services. Tom has been married to his sweetheart Sandy since 1975, and they enjoy spending time with their six children and fourteen grandchildren.
Jannae Shepard – EPBJ@onewest.net
Jannae was born and raised in Blackfoot, and has been working as a legal secretary since 2023. She loves greeting clients with a smile and making them feel welcome in the office. When she’s not answering the phone or proofreading documents, she enjoys drawing, baking, and watching movies with her husband and dog.
